Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time All Croft & Ash Creations bags are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment before it leaves our studio.

Shipping Options & Rates

• Standard Shipping — Free on all orders $95 and over. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping — $15.00 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at croftandashcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
